If There is God the Father, Why isn’t there God the Mother?
The existence of female is an absolute evidence that God the Mother exists even at the Creation in Genesis.
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness… So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. (Genesis 1:26-27)
As you know, God the Father exists:
This, then, is how you should pray: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name” (Matthew 6:9)
Why not God the Mother?
But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother. (Galatians 4:26)
The word ‘above’ means heaven. These two verses testify that we have our Father as well as our Mother in heaven.
In the beginning God [Elohim] created heavens and the earth… (Genesis 1:1)
The Creator God is PLURAL written as ‘ELOHIM’ in the Hebrew Bible, which directly translates as ‘Gods’.
Instead of using a singular term for God, ‘El’ or ‘Eloah’, the original text of the Bible uses the plural term – ‘Elohim’ over 2,500 times.
How many Creator Gods were there at the Creation?
Then God [Elohim] said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness… So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God [God the Father and God the Mother] he created them; male and female he created them. (Genesis 1:26-27)
The answer is two: God the Father and God the Mother!
HEAVENLY MOTHER IN THE HEAVENLY FAMILY
Can a child be born without a mother?
The earthly system is a copy and shadow of the heavenly one. (Hebrews 8:5)
God is our Heavenly Father. (Matthew 6:9)
We are sons and daughters of God. (2 Corinthians 6:18)
“The Jerusalem that is above is free and she is our mother.” (Galatians 4:26)
Just as human mothers give life, Heavenly Mother gives spiritual life to mankind!
MOTHER – THE SOURCE OF WATER OF LIFE
Two thousand years ago, it was God in the flesh(Jesus) that gives water of life.
On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink.” (John 7:37)
Then who gives us water of life in these last days?
The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life. (Revelation 22:17)
Therefore, the Spirit and the Bride are God who came in the flesh, in the age of the Holy Spirit to give mankind water of life.
The Spirit is God the Father and the Bride is God the Mother:
One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God (Revelation 21:9-10).
The Jerusalem that is above is free and she is our mother. (Galatians 4:26)
On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half to the eastern sea and half to the western sea, in summer and in winter. (Zechariah 14:8)
On that day referring to the last days, living water flows out from Jerusalem. Jerusalem is our Mother! She is the source of the water of life in the age of the Holy Spirit!
Let’s come to her to receive the free gift of the water of life which is eternal life.
